These photos are a nostalgia trip for me, since my green dungeon exists no more. As Lee and I prepare to sell our wonderful Bucks County property and make it more buyer-friendly (actually, more than prepare: a "For Sale" sign went up this week), we've been obliged to turn the dungeon—which first started life as a chicken house—into an office/cottage/artist's studio, putting in windows and painting the dark walls apricot light, and ripping out and replacing that familiar, wonderfully stained green rug. The photos that follow (and will continue to follow tomorrow and Sunday) were taken the day Tom Wills came to visit.
