Clearly, the removal of Sweet's jeans was singularly unremarkable -- "Wait a minute, guys. I'm sitting on my keys." -- or something like that. One of the fun things about still pictures is filling in the gaps with your imagination: J. T. ties him up, slooowly cuts his jeans into pieces, then yanks the strips of fabric from under the ropes. (I can imagine this, unless you go and spoil things by telling me that didn't happen!)

What is the gag?

Bob's reply: If I remember correctly, it's J.T. Sloan's briefs, which he'd taken off earlier, the same ones he's pulling over Sweet's head.
