Eric Tide's Bondage Memoirs - 31

Special Note. I'm usually to blame for my computer screw-ups, but this time I think my blog server did the screwing up. I originally entered this chapter on March 10th, but I wanted to hold off on actually making it public, so didn't schedule it until earlier this week, for yesterday. Then, when I went looking this morning to see if it was up, I discovered my server had indeed posted it yesterday, but had taken it back in the calendar to March 10th, the result being that few would realize it was there. All very confusing, and not ultimately important. The only thing that is important (for me at least) is that I caught the error, so here's Eric's latest chapter now.

 

Lots of the time, Eric himself gives warnings in the course of his narrative. When he doesn’t, I sometimes feel I must. Eric’s story should not be taken as any kind of manual for doing bondage. He, Logan and Dylan were kids, which in this case is one definition for stupid, and the two brothers did things to him that might easily have crippled if not killed him. No one should ever be tied so tightly his limbs go numb, or left tightly gagged even for minutes, no less hours, as regularly happened to Eric. Clearly, Eric was endowed with remarkable flexibility, stamina, and an ability to withstand terrible physical abuse. I haven’t met many people in my life who could have survived such treatment, and come out, as he did, apparently not much the worse for wear. Readers beware, and appreciate Eric’s story above all for its literary quality…or any other quality you may feel like appreciating it for. But don't use it as a guide.

 

 Torture Games

 

 

Memorial Day weekend marked the beginning of summer. Logan's private school was done for the year, so he was free until August when he would begin his junior year in high school. The public school that Dylan and I attended still had exams, but I had exempted all of mine, so my year was effectively over. Dylan had exempted a couple of his exams, but he still had one tough exam to take before he was finished with his freshman year.

A Young Houdini

I have a pretty good memory for practically every story we ever published, and every model I ever tied up. But every once in a while a face eludes me, or I come across some snippet in my files that I don't remember ever having seen, no less published. Here's one interesting piece that apparently was a long comment attached by a reader to one of our surveys. It's in my file for Issue 79 (November, 2000), which was soon after I'd stopped editing B&G myself, so for a short while wasn't being as attentive as I had been in the past to everything that came over the transom. I think it's kind of great.

 

I’ve always liked the look, feel and smell of leather (with the right inspiration, I could easily acquire a taste for it, too!), and I’ve entertained myself with bondage fantasies for years and years. The problem is, most of the time, I have difficulty finding playmates with whom to put plans into practice. I’m not opposed to spankings, etc., but real pain doesn’t do much in the name of romance. I can also do without the “Master & Servant” attitude. With B&G, I’ve finally found a forum wherein bondage is displayed as, well, cozy, friendly, and, dammit, fun. I usually feel very at ease, even safe, all bundled up, with my trap shut, and I’m not interested in people with delusions of omnipotence coming at me with pointy things to work out their control issues.

The great photographer Greg Lenzman and I only did one all-day photo shoot with J.T. Sloan and Sweet Williams, and I've always regretted we didn't get together with those two guys again. Both of them were very hot, and J.T., whether bottoming or topping, had a beautiful cock that just wouldn't go down. I could have played with it for years, and only wish we'd made a video of this scene. 

 

Reviewing these pics, I find myself suffering from a cruious memory lapse. Hard as I try, I cannot remember how and when Sweet's jeans came off, and he found himself tied up naked in the same position he'd been tied up clothed. I don't think JT cut off his pants; I'm pretty sute I'd have remembered that.

Another Slave Contract

In reaction to the recent posts from the slave trainee, and before yesterday's letter from the Master, a favorite reader wrote:  

 

I’ve been following the current “Slave” series, but sorta can't figure out whether our guy is just new and eager or wanted a master to put him out of his misery.  In my own humble opinion, a slave is not so committed to a master that he’ll do WHATEVER. I’m not jumping out a window or doing anything unsafe or illegal.  I would commit to Master because I trust Master to care for me, like a stern parent or an uptight DI.

 

Many slave contracts get written in the “heat of ecstatic fantasy,” great porn, but not very realistic.  A true Master in today’s world wants his slave to grow – perhaps to become his executive assistant, finish his medical degree, perhaps to become a master himself some day. An honest Master/slave contract probably should not exceed one year, with provision for revision and renewal. 

Letter from the Trainee's Master

In the package from the slave trainee, all of whose documents I posted last week, was this letter from his Master. I'd love to know what you think of it, as well as of all the other I posted.—BW

 

Since I had this mailed for Fagboy, he doesn’t know I have included this last letter. I was totally against this in the first place, but after I read his letter to you, it was hard to suppress my laughter. I kept a straight face and made him pay for it just for laughs. l know it’s going to make you laugh. l thought I’d tell you more about Fagboy. As a person, he’s easy to get along with, never says a bad word about anybody, and will bend over backwards to help anyone.

A Master and His Slave

Max and his slave, Jockboy, came to our house in Pennsylvania to help our friend Jerry when he was building our dungeon (some of which you'll see from the outside in these pictures). Max and Jockboy had one of the most convincing Master/slave bondage relationships I've seen, since Jockboy couldn't be tied up enough and Max never tired of keeping him tied up—and gagged, which was a good thing, because it was the only way he ever succeeded in keeping jockboy quiet.

Guiding Principles of a Bondage Slave

Thoughts and comments from Masters and slave readers are eagerly solicited, as well as from those of you who entertain slave/Master desires but have not yet had the experience.—BW

 

Synergism. Synergism is what the individual parts can achieve together as a team that cannot be achieved individually. In Bondage, there must be a Master and there must be a slave. Both together create the energy in the bondage.

 

Begin With Who You Are in Mind. You are a slave. A slave accepts his role in bondage. The ultimate goal is to serve your Master. A slave is the property in body and free will of the Master. The Master owns the slave, and submission is a fact of existence of any slave.

 

Be Reactive. Proactivity—to think and plan ahead—is a right of the Master, not a privilege of a slave. A slave has no free will of his own; the only will is that of the Master. Simply do as you are told.

 

Seek First to Achieve, Then to Understand. It is not a slave’s privilege to understand the Master’s orders or his intent; a slave must submit and obey. Loyalty is never questioning the Master or his orders, but simply trusting that the Master is always right.

 

Remove the Barriers. If a slave is to serve his Master, there must be no obstacles to his submission. It is more than things such as time, work, or school but also intangible obstacles. Intangible obstacles can be emotional or mental constraints. The best slaves have no reluctance or qualms in following a Master’s orders.

 

Master First, Everything Else Last. The only priority a slave has is his Master and his orders. Nothing else matters. Not school not friends, and not pride or feelings. Constant sacrifices are part of a slave’s daily life in serving his Master.

 

Think Win-Lose. The Master is always the winner, and the slave must always be the loser. Life is not fair, and a slave must accept that his life is never fair. Master has the final word in all things.

 

Widen the Scope. In serving his Master, a slave must submit to things that he would never have done before. A slave truly wanting to serve his Master will submit to doing things he would not normally want to do, and enthusiastically do it no differently than those things he would normally enjoy.

 

Core Beliefs of a Bondage Slave

Here's what my slave trainee described as his core beliefs. Please send me your thoughts.

 

A slave must have equal measures of humility, courage, and bravery if he is not to fail in his servitude to his Master. A slave needs humility to acknowledge and accept his lowly inferior status for submission to his Master. A slave needs courage to face all the embarrassment and humiliation. A slave needs to be brave to endure all the pain and torture required by his Master. The main ingredients that a bondage slave should have are:

ENSLAVEMENT AGREEMENT

 

 

I ______________ (heretofore to be referred to as "the slave"), willingly and with no mental defect voluntarily assign my complete rights to my free will and to my physical person to ______________(heretofore to be referred to as "the Master") in this contract (heretofore referred to as “Enslavement Agreement”) during the duration (heretofore to be referred as “the enslavement”) as stated in the terms established in this Enslavement Agreement. The slave will acknowledge and accept the status of inferiority his title implies, and must always acknowledge the Master as being superior in all respects. The slave will surrender the following rights and privileges automatically upon the execution of the Enslavement Agreement, and such rights and privileges are at the discretion of the Master to grant and confer onto the slave throughout the enslavement.

FYI, the letters from Fagboy, wherever he and his Master may have been located, were postmarked Orlando, which leads me to believe they were somewhere down south (possibly Orlando) and may explain why he could wear such light clothing throughout the year.—BW 

 

FAGBOY TRAINING PROGRAM

 

I am Fagboy. I have a civilian name that I was born with, but it’s not the name I go by now. I am into bondage. I'm a bisexual who had two choices I could have made: either I could continue my heterosexual relationship with my girlfriend, or I could become the willing, helpless sex slave in bondage to my Master. It would be a difficult choice, but for me it was an easy decision. How could anyone in their right mind pass up the opportunity to become the bondage slave to another man?

Letter from a Slave Trainee

I don't know how many of you out there are Masters, how many consider yourselves slaves, but the Master/slave scenario has long seemed to me probably the most popular dom/sub theme in the bondage community. Last week I came across a bunch of writings from a slave trainee that I thought you might find interesting. They appeared in our online edition No. 16 (October, 2000). The first piece, which I print below, was basically just an introduction, followed by a detailed description of this trainee's training program, his enslavement agreement, his credo, the "Core Beliefs of a Bondage Slave," his "Guiding Principles of a Bondage Slave," and his monthly Report Card after four months of slavery. Also in the envelope with the trainee's writings was a letter from his Master, which he himself did not see.

I'm going to run all of these pieces over the next seven days, and will be very interested in your reactions to them. I have many of my own, which I'll then share as well.—BW

P.S. It should go without saying that, despite what this slave's Master may have told him, Bound & Gagged was never a magazine for Masters only. But few things ever do go without saying.

My name is Fagboy. I was cleaning my master’s room a few months ago when I found a copy of Bound & Gagged magazine. I will admit, I didn’t get a chance to read it, I was more occupied with the pictures. There was an incredible picture spread of two guys torturing this other guy in a garage, and then finally binding their naked victim to the top of a car.
